TERMS and CONDITIONS:

I understand that there are no refunds after the close date.  The advertiser and/or agency assume full responsibility for any claims arising against AMERICA'S MediaMarketing, Inc (AMM) or its representatives.  AMM does not know nor verify the legality of the business practices of the business being advertised and/or those of its agency or representative.  Therefore, the advertiser assumes full responsibility for any claims arising from the advertisement placed or its agency or representative.  If any photo is being used in an advertisement, the advertiser understands and accepts full responsibility for obtaining all legal rights to use the photo/image including but not limited to model releases. We, the advertiser, agree to hold AMM harmless and indemnify them for any loss or liability that may occur as a result of this advertising. AMM has no control over the response to ads placed and can therefore not be held accountable.  I understand that my ad will be placed in the magazine(s) & issue(s) listed above. I understand that if I wish to cancel an ad, I must do so in writing PRIOR to the closedate of that issue.  AMERICA'S MediaMarketing, Inc has no control over on sale dates and therefore cannot be held accountable.  AMM cannot be responsible for errors in ads caused by unclear or unreadable copy, and can apply its uniform type style and abbreviations without notice.  AMM can change classified headings without notice.  Any errors in advertising must be reported to AMM upon publication of the first issue of such ad.  Failure to do so will release AMM from any responsibility or liability of such ad.  Any refunds for any reason shall not exceed the amount paid for the ad(s).  AMM is not responsible for errors in any keys or extension numbers. Bad check fee is $20.00.  AMM reserves the right to reject any advertising at any time.  Any advertising placed in any magazine, through AMM, is subject to the rates, terms, and conditions of the publisher's then current rate card.  It's the sole responsibility to ensure they have received, read and agree to the terms and conditions of the magazine(s) ratecard(s). Advertiser agrees to offer 100% money back guarantee to all customers.  In the event that a customer contacts AMM with a complaint, advertiser agrees to issue a prompt refund.  Advertiser agrees that AMM may issue refunds in the advertiser’s behalf and will promptly reimburse AMM for such cost.  If the advertiser stops responding to customers for any reason, AMM reserves the right to withhold monies paid for advertising to issue refunds as AMM sees fit.  If no heading is selected one will be selected according to the subject of the ad without notice to the advertiser.  FOR ARTWORK SUPPLIED TO AMM in digital format, the proper specifications required by AMM, and the magazine, must be met or the appearance and clarity of your published artwork will be compromised and will not be guaranteed.  It is the advertiser's sole responsibility to request these specifications if they have not been received, and adhere to them.

I agree that should my account become delinquent, I will be responsible for all collection costs, including but not limited to the outstanding balance, attorney fees, court costs, collection agency fees at the rate of 18% per annum (1.5% per month).
